The plant is comprehensive and modern and includes 2 x 100 tonne Brake Press machines, a 19 station CNC Turret Punch, a 3 metre x 6.5 metre cut CNC guillotine, Mig and Tig welding facilities, in-house wiring facilities, and, is unique in having an Alloy Castings shop all accredited to ISO 9001:2008.
Partnerships have been formed with other companies to develop and manufacture ‘Bespoke’ Products, whether on a one off basis or multiple batch requirement. Full in house test facilities include weather testing, ingress testing and low voltage testing, endorsed by third party Certification Bodies to British Standards.

Product testing is carried out by independent Test Houses to assess IP ratings, IEE and LVD to Governmental and Regulatory Requirements.
Products covered by certification include, Internally Illuminated Bollards, Luminaires, Feeder Pillars and Enclosures.
