HTA LED Sign-Lite consumes less than 10 watts of power to illuminate a 600mm diameter sign face and less than 13 watts of power to illuminate a 750mm diameter sign face. This reduces the energy used by almost 50% from LED sign lights currently on the market and by 60% in comparison to conventional fluorescent lamps.

The IP67 rated light tray can be accessed through the hinged cover plate; secured with a tri-head security screw, providing quick access for ease of maintenance.

HTA LED Sign-Lite combines a grade 304 stainless steel body with a cast aluminium post mount. A single, internally mounted, tamper proof fixing provides a secure 3 point fixing to the post.

HTA LED Sign-Lite conforms with BS EN: 12889 Part 1.Mean luminance satisfies both categories 1 and 2 lighting standards respectively.

Low Voltage LED versions available for installation on centre island applications.

HTA Sign-Lite is fitted asstandard with a Photo Electric Cell (PEC), for saving energy.

The LED’s operate in Pure White - Colour Rendering Index - Ra70.

The driver current rating - 0.25 A @ 100 volts - 0.15 A @ 265 volts

Lumen depreciation to 75% after 75,000 working hours.

Utilising the same size tray for both 10 and 13 watts enabling wattage to be changed as required.
A different lid assembly is required to convert the light trays from LED to fluorescent.

LED’s fire up immediately when energised, even in cold weather- No flicker.

Maintenance is where the real savings are made. The LED manufacturer states a minimum life cycle of 75,000 working hours.

Illumination is projected directly to the sign face, where it is most needed to enable safe sign visibility, minimising light pollution.

Fitting LED’s will improve safety for contractors working on the highway by drastically reducing the amount of time spent on maintenance.

LED’s lower the environmental impact on disposal which contain none of the harmful chemicals associated with fluorescent lamps.
