What happens after I submit my order?
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed. Please make a note of your estimated delivery time. Your VAT receipt will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order.

Do you have a product brochure? 
We are a paperless company; we offer a product overview brochure that you can download from our website. Many of our products are bespoke; our brochure provides a selection of our standard products only. For information about the full range of products offered please contact us on 01284753043 or

Are extra keys available?
Extra keys are available to purchase. Some of our keys can be copied by a local locksmith.

What type of warranty will I receive with my order?
All Haldo products come with a one year manufacturer warranty as standard. Our LED light trays have a five year warranty.

I do not have unloading facilities on site can you help?
Yes, we are able to offer alternative delivery options at an extra cost. Please contact the office for a quotation on 01284754043 or

Is it possible to have a non standard colour feeder pillar or enclosure?
Yes, we are able to powder coat the majority of our feeder pillars in most RAL colours. Please contact or call 01284 754043 for a quotation.

Ways to Pay

Does the final price include VAT?

How will I be billed?
You will choose a payment method during the checkout process, after which a confirmation email will be sent. Your final VAT invoice will be emailed to you when your goods have been despatched.

How can I pay for my order?
There are several ways to pay for your products on-line:

    • Credit/Debit Card. Live on our secure on-line service, you can pay using the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.
    • Cheque
    • BACS
    • Credit Account
    • Instant Credit for NHS, local authorities and schools

Payment by Cheque
Please select pay by cheque. Cheque should be made out to Haldo and sent to Haldo, Accounts, Western Way West, Bury St Edmunds Suffolk, IP33 3SP. Your order will not be processed until full payment as cleared.

Payment by BACS
Please select pay by BACS option. When arranging you BACS transfer please quote our reference number and include VAT. Our bank details are: Barclays Bank, 21 Cornhill, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 1DY. Sort code 20 -16 12 Account number 10372005

Do you accept payments from Non-UK bank accounts or credit cards?
We only accept BACS transfer for Non UK orders - Our IBAN number is GB: GB85-2016-1210-3720-05

Where can I locate my invoice for my order? 
Your invoice will be attached to your order confirmation email.

How will I receive my VAT receipt? 
Upon dispatch of your goods you will receive an email with your VAT receipt.

Do you offer credit terms for NHS, Local Authorities and schools? 
Yes. We offer 30 day credit for NHS facilities, local authorities and government funded schools.


What are your lead times?
For standard products our lead times are two to four weeks. For bespoke items please allow six weeks for delivery. Your delivery date will be included in your order email confirmation.

How are my products delivered?
Products are delivered by van or lorry. Larger items may be delivered on a pallet and/ or may require you to have forklift in order to unload. If you have any access issues please let us know upon placing your order.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Worldwide delivery is available on our products.

What will my delivery charge be? 
Delivery is free for all orders exceeding £1,500 a carriage charge will apply for all orders below this amount. Carriage is charged and calculated on weight, our minimum charge is £10 and delivery charges are capped at £49. Please check your specific charge for delivery during the checkout process. Our delivery charges are applicable for mainland UK only and do not include highlands and islands of Scotland: postcodes AB, BT, DD, DG, GY, IV, JE, KA1-30, KW, PA-20-49, PA60-78, PH1-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TD, TR, Ireland, ZE. Can my order be tracked once out for delivery?
Palletised deliveries cannot be tracked but if you would like an update please call the office on 01284 754043.


What is your return policy?
Haldo will only accept returns on our standard products that have been ordered in error. They must be returned undamaged and in the condition that they left the factory within 60 days of ordering. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be approved prior to returning them. 

How do I return an item?
Items are to be returned to Haldo, Western Way West, Bury St Edmunds Suffolk IP33 3SP. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. Upon return to us and inspection your refund will be processed.
